Global digital media company expands Leeds city centre offices
PERFORM, the global digital media company, is once again expanding its offices at 8 Park Row in Leeds city centre.
CBRE’s Office Agency team in Leeds has leased a further 8,000 sq ft to the company, which now occupies 23,000 sq ft at the building.
PERFORM, which launched in Leeds in 2012, is the latest in a string of international digital businesses, including Sky, to locate and expand within the Leeds area.
The company, whose primary focus is commercialising sports content over digital platforms, has some 2,700 staff in 41 offices globally. Its Leeds base at 8 Park Row has now expanded to cover six floors of the city centre building.
8 Park Row is close to the train station and the city’s business and retail hubs. The building provides flexible space over seven floors.
Alex Hailey, associate director of Office Agency at CBRE Leeds, said: “PERFORM’s expansion in 8 Park Row over the years has shown their commitment to both the building and the City.
“The Grade A office accommodation is well suited to the company’s need for high quality, modern space and is the perfect location to further expand their global headquarters.”
CBRE is joint agent on 8 Park Row with BNP Paribas and Sanderson Weatherall.
