Merger sees Manchester’s Discerning Digital join forces with Bristol innovation agency
Digital transformation consultancy Discerning Digital has merged with technical innovation agency addlow4.
The Manchester company’s technical arm will now be led by Phill Clark, founder of addlow4.
Discerning Digital works to help businesses advance their digital footprint for growth and impact.
Bristol-based addlow4 builds creative technology to help businesses innovate. Previous clients include rock music media company TeamRock, telecoms giant BT and independent production firm Wise Buddah.
Richard Lucas, managing director of Discerning Digital, said: “This move sees us consolidate our technical offering and bring technical vision and leading integrations and products to our clients, helping break them new markets and reach new customers.
“We have worked with addlow4 on some of our most complex projects, including an integration piece for the Royal College of Physicians and some exciting digital product development for Golden Charter, the UK’s leading funeral plan provider.”
He added: “With our growing team and our technical credentials in place, we are truly excited about how we can help our clients practically transform their organisations.”
Phill Clark commented: “Joining Discerning Digital makes perfect sense as our business goals are so closely aligned, and I’m looking forward to the challenge of being able solve some of our clients’ most pressing problems using technical innovation.”
