Housing Units appoints The Market Creative for retained marketing brief
The Market Creative has been appointed by Manchester home furnishing store, Housing Units, as its retained marketing agency.
The brief includes brand identity development and strategy as well as advertising and communications in-store.
Sue Benson, Managing Director at The Market Creative said: “Housing Units is an iconic Manchester institution, so we know it well and have always wanted to work with them.
“The brand has such a lovely story to tell, and the store sells so much more than people imagine. This is an opportunity for us to bring the most recognised home furnishings store in the North West to even more people.”
Housing Units retail site is located in Failsworth, offering more than 30,000 products and employs nearly 300 staff. Last year it announced plans for a £5m expansion.
Nick Fox, CEO of Housing Units said: “We’re expanding the site, but also looking at how we can develop products and services to improve the customer experience, so it’s great to have The Market Creative on board at what is a really exciting time.
“They showed us just how well they understand our business and customers, and presented a way to bring what’s fantastic about our brand to life.”
