Technology Services Group (TSG) brings in IT Glue to streamline documentation

IT Glue is excited to announce a key partnership with Technology Services Group (TSG), one of the UK’s leading managed service providers. TSG has introduced IT Glue to help streamline its document storage process and save valuable time at all of its offices across the UK. TSG’s previous process for documentation was time-consuming, and it was evident that the loss of man-hours was having an effect on its ability to grow. It had also become clear that it needed a solution to improve its workflows and organise its documentation.

Simon Harvey, Head of IT & Business Systems at TSG, played a key role in the implementation of IT Glue and believes the documentation platform is increasing efficiencies and improving customer outcomes. Speaking from TSG’s Newcastle headquarters, Simon elaborates:

“We’ve found that IT Glue is going far beyond helping us streamline our documentation processes, they’ve also enabled us to regain lost time,” said Harvey. “This is imperative to our growth and we’re now able to focus on being proactive in refining our service and better serving our customers. TSG believes the platform will position its business for growth. “We wanted to attract larger companies rather than just smaller businesses. If you want to work with a FTSE 250 company you need to be prepared for the capture and storage of complex data,” Harvey added. “Previously we had overheads at 30 per cent per interaction when using unstructured documentation. That’s like a 30 per cent tax on everything we do – it’s a drain on the bottom line. But now I’m confident that even in the early days, IT Glue will help reduce that overhead.”
