Morley industrial site set to welcome newest tenant euroloo
euroloo, the portable toilet hire company, has secured a 0.4 acre site on West End Approach in Morley, West Yorkshire.
Acting on behalf of T. Riley Transport, Cushman & Wakefield let the site to euroloo.
Euroloo has taken the site as it expand into the north of England following success at its current sites in London, Essex and Leicester.
A large amount of interest was generated in the initial marketing of the site due to its low site coverage and strong transport links, which suited occupiers requiring a secure open storage space and close proximity to the national motorway network.
The deal was completed soon after site was brought to market.
Henry King from Cushman & Wakefield commented: “We are delighted to have let the site in such a short time frame to a successful and expanding company, providing them with a northern base to further expand their offering.
“The interest shown in the site highlights the shortage of this type of opportunity within the market and we are pleased this allowed us to secure a competitive deal for our client.”
