Record sales quarter sees Teesside IT PLC close in on 100% revenue growth for 2017
Teesside-based Communicate Technology PLC has reported sales of £1m sales for the first time in a quarter, as the fast-growing firm anticipates a 100% increase in group revenue for 2017.
Working in partnership with agents and landlords, the IT and telecoms specialist designs packages for businesses to make their journey into serviced offices simpler and smoother.
Providing the technology that businesses need, Communicate covers areas from internet connectivity, telecoms and cloud services to cyber security and ongoing support.
Communicate’s turnover is currently 61% up on last year and, in turn, the firm is forecasts it will generate £1.75m for the final quarter of 2017’s financial year.
Recently, the business sealed a partnership agreement with Property Initiatives, as well as several major city centre and business park initiatives has enabled Communicate to exceed forecasts.
Over the past 12 months Communicate has rolled out a national growth strategy, acquiring information security and data protection company Landscape Networks, and has worked further afield in the UK in London and Wales.
CEO Tony Snaith said: “Over the past year Communicate’s growth has been significant, we have exceeded all forecasts across the group and are set to grow further, with future sales of over £2m already booked for financial year 2018.”
