Liverpool bar operator opens Miracle on Seel Street cocktail grotto
Liverpool-based restaurant and bar operator Graffiti Spirits Group has launched a Christmas pop-up with sponsorship from global drinks company Diageo Reserve Brands.
Miracle on Seel Street, located inside secretive city centre drinks venue 83, is inviting guests to escape the cold winter air and sip festive cocktails within its intimate surroundings, which feature Christmas trees, wrapped presents, snow globes and a festive wreath.
The pop-up will serve up a drinks menu of more than 200 brands, including Tanqueray, Ciroc and other Diageo spirits.
Among the cocktails available are the Smoked Old Fashioned and the Christmas Cracker, which is made using Ron Zacapa 23, amaretto, lime juice, agave and ginger beer.
Guests receive a drink on arrival, as well as a mince pie and goodie bag, and have a two-hour time slot in which to experience the Miracle on Seel Street grotto.
The venue will remain open until January.
