Super Break launches new European short breaks from Leeds Bradford Airport
Super Break has announced the launch of a series of new short breaks from Leeds Bradford Airport, with flights scheduled for take-off in 2018.
Following the sellout of its inaugural flights in February 2018 to Akureyri in Northern Iceland, which provide the first direct routes to this part of the country from the UK, Super Break has expanded its offering with a bigger flight programme scheduled for Winter 18/19.
The short break specialist has now expanded its exclusive services from LBA even further to include:
- Verona, Venice and Lake Garda - Including a full day tour of Gozo Calypso Island, Mdina at Nightfall Tour and an option to add on a visit to Valletta
- Montenegro, Croatia and the Adriatic Coast – Including Dubrovnik – a full day tour of Pearl of the Adriatic and the best of Montenegro full day Tour
- Iceland – Including the search for the Northern Lights Tour and Lake Myvatn Land of Fire and Ice Experience
Katherine Scott from Super Break said: “We’re incredibly proud and excited to be launching our new chartered flight programme, providing holidaymakers from Yorkshire with a brand-new selection of incredible travel experiences to choose from in 2018.
“Following the huge demand for our exclusive flights to Akureyri, Iceland, we have expanded the schedule from Leeds Bradford Airport to now offer unforgettable travel experiences in four of Europe’s most exciting destinations, helping to connect more holidaymakers to new locations on the continent and beyond, all from their local airport.”
Chris Sanders, aviation development director at Leeds Bradford Airport, added: “We and local travel agents are delighted that Super Break have further expanded their offering from Leeds Bradford Airport hot on the heels of announcing a very special break to Seville next Easter.
“With the increased programme, it means visiting Venice and exploring the Italian Lakes, touring the Adriatic coast and exploring northern Iceland on a Northern Lights adventure have all been made much easier so we expect sales to be very strong.”
