Amber Claims Management reflects on a successful year in business

Amber Claims Management has enjoyed its most prolific year yet courtesy of record turnover.

The Old Swan based accident management firm has enjoyed a number of notable achievements throughout the year, including a string of new contracts and client wins. This year has also seen the launch of amber:assist, an innovative online portal designed to ensure ease and efficiency during the claims handling process.

Director of Amber Claims Management Ian Ambrose said: “It has been a busy but incredibly rewarding 12 months for the entire team at Amber Claims Management. Thanks to our talented team’s varied skillset and combined 60 years’ experience in accident management, insurance and legal knowledge, we are implementing everything from initial reporting right through to legalities while offering complimentary, essential training to fleet managers and their drivers. As part of our ongoing strategy, we will continue to offer services which are ahead of the game and in line with this, we have expanded our offerings to include a range of services for fleet management alongside working with a number of high profile multinational clients, including Italy’s largest vehicle manufacturer.

“The launch of amber:assist in the autumn of 2017 has been a huge highlight for the company, with the portal bringing in a substantial revenue and seeing us enter into advanced talks and strike up contracts with major clients from across the country, with insurance companies, brokers and fleet managers benefitting from the new tool. Many months were spent with our in house development team to bring amber:assist to life, and we are already witnessing the rewards that it is bringing not just to Amber Claims but to the industry as a whole.”

As part of the company’s remit, it operates Amber Claims (Bespoke Accident Management Solutions), amber:assist (a unique online portal to handle first notification of loss), amber:go (nationwide vehicle replacement services) and amber:angels (the company’s fundraising arm).

Ian added: “Our success story certainly doesn’t end here as we have exciting plans for the direction of the business in the New Year with a number of recruitments in the pipeline as well as plans to bring in revolutionary new technology including the development of a range of other apps and our own in house creative agency – watch this space!”
