Getting into the Christmas spirit! Local housebuilder brings residents together for festive celebrations
Leading local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes Yorkshire West, recently held a Christmas meet and greet at its Bodington Manor development in Adel, encouraging new residents to gather at its showhome to get into the festive spirit.
Sales Adviser at Bodington Manor, Geeta Solanki, greeted new homeowners at the development’s showhome where they were able to enjoy Bucks Fizz, festive juices and mince pies whilst getting to know their neighbours. The event was also in celebration of the great customer service recommendation at the development, with 100% of customers saying that they would recommend a home there to a friend.
Geeta commented: “At David Wilson Homes we’re committed to building communities and encouraging them to thrive, which is why we held a festive meet and greet at Bodington Manor. We want to encourage residents to get to know each other and enable friendships to build to ensure all homeowners are happy and settled at the development. What better time of the year to do that than Christmas!”
Bodington Manor in Adel, North Leeds, is a beautiful development of four and five bedroom detached family homes in a secluded woodland setting with fantastic links to the motorways and Leeds Bradford airport. Prices start at £499,995.
