New David Wilson Homes development in Cardiff gets off to a flying start

A brand-new development in Cardiff has got off to a flying start, with the first homes being snapped up at Springfield Gardens in St Mellons.

The David Wilson Homes development has been launched to buyers and the first homes have now been reserved.

Demand for properties at Springfield Gardens has been so high that the five-star housebuilder is currently taking reservations from a sales office at the nearby Wyevale Garden Centre.
