West Midlands cleaning firm scoops top franchise award... again!
A domestic cleaning franchise operating across the West Midlands has beaten over 70 other businesses to the top award within the national franchise network it operates in, for the second time.
Merry Maids of Dudley, Solihull, Birmingham South and Wolverhampton owners Tom and Julie Jackson, franchisees of ServiceMaster Limited picked up the Dallen Peterson Founders Award as a result of outstanding business growth and commitment to customer service. The award is the most prestigious within the Merry Maids network and is the pinnacle of achievement for the franchised business.
Tom and Julie Jackson have provided domestic cleaning services to residents across West Midlands for 15 years and won the same award in 2011.
Tom Jackson, director, said: “We’re delighted to have received the award for a second time. We’ve been working hard to grow our business and continue to provide a fantastic service to our customer base and this recognition is testament to that hard work.”
Julie Jackson, director, added: “The credit for this award is due to our team who continue to put the work in and delight our customers at each and every visit, so well done to them.”

Winners of the Dallen Peterson Founders Award receive an all-expenses paid trip to the ServiceMaster Partners Achievement Seminar, held in the US in 2018. Merry Maids is a franchise of ServiceMaster Limited, which was founded in the UK In 1959.
