Leeds Together and Clarion invite Yorkshire businesses to meet ‘The Customer Whisperer’
Leeds Together and law firm Clarion are joining forces to co-host a networking event in January featuring well-known TV business expert Kate Hardcastle, a.k.a. The Customer Whisperer.
Yorkshire businesses will be able to learn from Huddersfield-born Ms Hardcastle’s story as she talks through her career which has seen her become an internationally respected retail and commercial expert, consulted by many leading brands to help them expand and raise their profile. A regular contributor and industry commentator on the BBC and Sky News, she is known for her determination to transform the customer experience.
The event will take place on Wednesday 31st January from 3pm-5.30pm at Clarion’s Elizabeth House offices on Queen Street, Leeds. Tickets cost £40 per event (including Eventbrite booking fee), with all proceeds donated to The Leeds Fund.
It is the latest in a series of networking events organised by Leeds Together in partnership with four key organisations in Leeds: Clarion, EY, Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth and Leeds Community Foundation. Bringing together businesses and the community, the events provide an opportunity to grow existing connections, take part in interactive skills sessions and understand the issues facing the city.
Managed by leading local charity, Leeds Community Foundation, The Leeds Fund partners with businesses and individuals to create positive change in the communities of Leeds that need it most.
