Manufacturer’s Chadderton site sells for almost £1m
Property consultancy Nolan Redshaw has agreed the sale of commercial space on Broadway Business Park in Chadderton for “close to £1m”.
The deal, completed on behalf of Oldham manufacturer James Briggs Ltd, saw Tailored Fire and Security acquire Unit 4 Howarth Court as it relocates from Trafford Park.
The fire and security system business completed the deal for an undisclosed sum.
Jonathan Pickles, senior agency surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, said: “The premises was on the market for a figure close to a £1m, we are pleased to have acted on our clients James Briggs behalf.
“This transaction will certainly be one of the largest freehold office deals of the year and marks a successful start to 2018 for the agency team at Nolan Redshaw.”
Investment company JLL served as joint agent on the instruction.
