Euroway 26, an industrial warehouse unit available to let on Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford, is being launched to market.
Acting on behalf of Legal & General, the Industrial and Logistics team at CBRE Leeds together with joint agent GVA have been appointed to market the property.
Euroway 26 extends to 193,576 sq ft and is one of very few opportunities of this scale currently available in the Yorkshire market. The property is due to undergo a refurbishment programme.
The unit is situated within Bradford’s industrial estate, the Euroway Trading Estate, which is located next to the M606, within one mile from J26 of the M62.
The site is situated 2.6 miles from Bradford Interchange, 3.1 miles from Bradford Forster Square and just 4.5km from Bradford City Centre.
