Stockport insurance broker strikes partnership with netball squad Manchester Thunder
Insurance broker C&C Insurance has struck a sponsorship agreement with netball side Manchester Thunder.
The Stockport-based firm will be one of the Superleague team’s key partners for the 2018 season.
C&C will provide the Black and Yellows with financial support and other services, and in turn see its logo featured on the team kit.
The company will also receive VIP tickets to home games and support Thunder’s drive to develop talented young netballers in the North West.
The managing director of C&C Insurance, Malcolm Cooke, said: “We are really proud to support such an ambitious and passionate Superleague team, who is committed to supporting the development of talented sportspeople across the region.
“It’s always been important to us to support local teams and we see this as a positive partnership.”
He added: “The teams growing fan base in the region and across the country is testament to their success, we are excited for the start of the season and I would like to wish them all the best.”
Debbie Hallas, MD of Manchester Thunder, commented: “We are delighted to have C&C Insurance on board to help build the profile of the franchise to our growing fanbase across Manchester and the North West.
“With the Commonwealth Games, the new Superleague season and next year’s World Cup in the North West, this is an exciting time for netball and we look forward to working with the team at C&C Insurance to showcase their products and solutions to our supporters.”
