Trio of new tenants make the move to Quest Park in Doncaster

Three new tenants have made the move to Quest Park, Marrtree Business Park, a Doncaster-based new build industrial premises.

Marrtree, the privately owned commercial property investor and developer, has developed the regeneration project by transforming 3.6 acres of land into industrial premises ranging in size from 1,500 sq ft – 10,000 sq ft.

Just one mile from Doncaster town centre, on Wheatley Hall Road, Quest Park is already home to Toyota, Audi, Peugeot, Nissan and Dulux.

New tenant The Chef’s Kitchen Ltd, a Doncaster-based food manufacturer, has signed a 10-year lease occupying a 5,600 sq ft premises.

Inner Strength Personal Training Ltd, a personal training business ran by entrepreneur Peter Alessandro De Cono, has signed a 5-year lease to occupy 1,500 sq ft of premises.

The final letting has been agreed to D&L Bubble Packaging, the Doncaster-based bubble wrap supply store, which has signed a 5-year lease occupying a 2,100 sq ft premises.

William Marshall, spokesperson from Marrtree, commented: “This is a great location for a business to establish itself, owing to the great transport links to J36 of the A1 and J3 of the M18.”

Ed Norris, partner at CPP, added: “Marrtree’s decision to speculatively-develop on this site has helped to satisfy the strong level of latent demand in the region, which currently has limited availability of speculatively-developed schemes.

“We have received significant interest from a series of businesses – industrial and otherwise - and are currently under offer on several other units on the site, reaffirming the demand for premises in the area.”
