New Appointment Strengthens Leading Property Developer Team
Harron Homes, with offices in Leeds and Chesterfield, has promoted Lee Kilby to the position of Construction Director as it continues its expansion plans.
Lee Kilby, 49, has been working in the housebuilding sector for nearly 30 years, starting off as a bricklayer and working his way up to construction director. He is looking to bring the skills and expertise he has accrued over this time to his new role as the head of Harron’s business unit in the North Midlands.
Commenting on his new position Lee said: “I have been in the industry for a great number of years and worked at different levels for several housebuilding companies. What attracted me to the firm is that it is a private company, which allows me to use my extensive experience to bring in new processes which will shape its future.”
“My role is to produce quality homes on time and to budget with the key focus being around creating a safe environment for people to work in and gain happy customers at the end of every day. I aim to take Harron Homes from being a good house builder to a great house builder.”
Ian Pendlebury, MD for the North Midlands at Harron Homes commented: “We are delighted to welcome Lee to the team. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, we are confident he will take Harron Homes to a new level.”
Harron Homes is currently building a range of fantastic homes across its developments throughout Yorkshire.
