One Stop Business Finance Funds Acquisition of Wakefield Based Training & Consultancy Provider

Yorkshire based One Stop Business Finance Ltd has completed a deal providing a revolving credit facility for £35,000 to Wakefield-based DES Training & Consultancy Ltd. DES director, David Shaw will use the facility to acquire 100% of the share capital of Aspect Training Ltd. together with additional working capital to support the business growth. The facility will be in place for 12 months with an option to extend if necessary.
