Construction services giant plots move to MediaCityUK
ISG is relocating to MediaCityUK to unlock growth in the North West.
The construction services company confirmed plans to move its Manchester operation to a 8,500 sq ft space at the Tomorrow Building.
London-headquartered ISG has offices in Manchester and Liverpool with a combined turnover of £80m forecast for this year.
The firm expects sales in the region to pass £100m by 2022.
Just recently, ISG bolstered its senior team in the North West with the appointment of Paul Munro as regional director and Paul Cook in the role of senior business development manager.
Paul Munro said: “We have delivered a number of projects at MediaCityUK over the last five years, and have closely watched and admired the transformation of this area under the stewardship of Peel Media.
“It was therefore an easy decision to relocate to the Tomorrow Building and MediaCityUK, as a thriving hub and the perfect place to support our ambitious regional growth strategy.”
ISG is working on various large-scale developments in the North West, including the £39m mixed-use hotel and student accommodation regeneration scheme next to Liverpool’s Lime Street station.
The managing director of MediaCityUK, Stephen Wild, said: “We’re delighted to welcome ISG to MediaCityUK where the company is perfectly aligned to work alongside the creative, digital and tech industries.”
ISG, which employs 2,800 people globally, will move into MediaCityUK from Exchange Quay in March.
