MCR Property Group announces sale of Wheatley Park
Manchester-based property investment company, MCR Property Group, has announced the sale of Wheatley Park to private investor, Mitha Enterprises Ltd, for a guide price of £4.25m.
Located on a 4.08 acre site in Mirfield, West Yorkshire, Wheatley Park comprises 71,594 sq. ft. of accommodation, including a former textile mill, which has been fully refurbished to provide well-specified, modern and spacious offices, as well as warehouse and industrial spaces.
Although now fully let to tenants such as Camira Fabrics Ltd, a number of the buildings provide the opportunity to increase the leasable floor space further, through additional refurbishment.
