A new recruitment firm has been launched with this Newcastle-based agency's support
Unwritten Creative, a Newcastle-based digital and branding agency, has supported an established North East-headquartered recruitment firm.
In the launch of its outsourced recruitment solutions business, the move aims to signify the company’s commitment and ambition to be a leading RPO provider in the UK.
Unwritten provides specialist services, including strategic consultation, branding and digital presence management to prepare the ground for the introduction of greenbean by NRG.
Therese Liddle, chief executive of NRG, believes that greenbean’s flexible resourcing solution will address the need from NRG clients to elevate employer brand proposition in a highly competitive candidate market.
She said: “Unwritten has delivered a brilliant campaign that not only profiles greenbean by NRG, but has managed to capture a sense of our longstanding expertise and knowledge in the industry, which is what sets this venture apart from the rest.
“Increasingly, organisations are engaging an RPO partner as they don’t always have the resource, technology or expertise required to manage and deliver all or some of the recruitment activity required to achieve the results they need.”
Lisa Eaton, director of Unwritten Creative, added: “greenbean by NRG is an exciting ambitious business with clear objectives that needed visualising in a way that spoke effectively to its clients.
“As part of this project we worked closely with the senior team to understand the needs of its core audience, in order to effectively communicate its expertise and capabilities, whilst maintaining NRG’s position as a leading recruitment agency.”
