Home improvements firm establishes 15,000 sq ft Stockport HQ
A growing home improvements business has set up its new headquarters in Stockport.
Anglian Home Improvements expanded its northern operation by relocating to a 15,000 sq ft industrial unit at Aurora Stockport.
The firm said the facility will serve as both a regional hub and national operations head office, replacing its Norwich HQ.
Anglian’s Stockport team was previously based on Newby Road Industrial Estate in Hazel Grove.
The move follows a period of growth for the business, which reported increasing its Northern workforce by more than 100 and revenues by 25% in 2017.
Chief operating officer Jaffer Jamroz said: “Anglian is committed to building on its presence in the north; and, after several years of growth within the region, it was clear the time was right to invest in a bigger, strategically-located hub of the quality which befits a leading home improvement firm.
“As a business, we are focused on new product development and ensuring we have an enviable range of windows, doors and living spaces which are not only ‘made in Britain’, but which are also made to measure to meet the individual needs of our customers.”
He added: “At the same time, we have prioritised the recruitment of a strong regional team which is of the right calibre to help us deliver on our ‘local to you ethos’ and to provide the very best customer experience.”
