Ryanair expands at Liverpool John Lennon with new Irish route
European airline Ryanair is launching a new service connecting Liverpool with County Clare in Western Ireland.
The carrier has today (February 16) announced a route between Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Shannon, due to operate three times weekly from May 19 until the end of October.
The flights form part of Ryanair’s Summer 2018 schedule at LJLA.
Elsewhere, the company added more flight to its Manchester-to-Shannon route, which will operate during the same period, bumping it up from four to six weekly.
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “Ryanair is pleased to launch a new Liverpool to Shannon route, which will operate three times weekly from May to October, as part of our Summer 2018 schedule, which goes on sale later today on the Ryanair.com website.
“We have also added two additional weekly flights on our Manchester to Shannon route for summer, making the West of Ireland even more accessible from the North West of England.”
