F45 launches brand new fitness studio at Here East’s Canalside

F45, the global fitness franchise concept, has opened a brand new studio at Here East’s Canalside, F45 Stratford.

Here East is located at the centre of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London. It is a campus which provides over one million square feet of dedicated spaces for creative and digital companies.

F45’s circuit-based group training incorporates the latest innovations in fitness-based technology, and will join a wide range of tech startups and businesses across the Here East campus.

The programme is built around 30 cardio and resistance-based training programmes and is designed to provide a functional, results-driven, full-body workout – with music from a live DJ.

The studio will join other businesses heading to Here East over the coming months, including Sports Interactive and Hobs Studio.

F45 Stratford will be situated alongside the independent bars and cafes at Here East’s Canalside. F45 is also set to announce deals and offers with a number of Canalside’s retailers – including The Breakfast Club and plant-based smoothie and juice bar, Mother Works.
