ISE unveils Student Development Awards finalists

The Institute of Student Employers (ISE) has revealed the finalists in its annual Student Development Awards, which recognise and reward organisations committed to training and developing student talent.

More than 20 employers, higher education institutions and suppliers to the industry have made the shortlist. Capgemini, BNP Paribas and Santander Technology are in the running for more than one award.

A panel of learning and development professionals will judge the shortlist and the winners will be announced at the ISE Student Development Conference and Awards in London on 28 March.

As well as announcing the award winners, the day-long event features a line-up of industry experts and breakout sessions that will explore and challenge the world of student development. Delegates will also hear the findings from the annual ISE Student Development Survey. A small development-focused exhibition will run alongside the event.

Stephen Isherwood, Chief Executive at the ISE said: “We’re delighted at the number and high quality of entrants. Every year the bar is raised a little higher, which is testament to the investment and commitment of our industry to nurture and develop students.”
