IT recruitment company launches new office in Manchester following growth period

Corecom Consulting, the IT recruitment company, has announced the opening of a new office in Manchester.

The Leeds-headquartered firm has appointed Julie Mombielova to head up its Manchester office. Julie has worked within the IT industry since 2015, building a network of contacts nationally and internationally.

Established in 2008, Corecom Consulting reported a turnover of £3m for the last financial year; an increase of 8% from the previous year.

With the expansion to Manchester, the company aims to increase turnover by a further £1m.

Julie Mombielova, head of Corecom Consulting’s Manchester division, said: “We plan to extend our award-winning TestBoss networking event to Manchester, which will launch on 22 March 2018. This initiative will bring the Software Test Management community closer together.

“We are also committed to expanding our relationships across the North West England, including sharing our knowledge and expertise in the community.”

Jonathan Sanderson, the company’s managing director, said that the firm is looking to expand, with plans to open further offices nationally and internationally over the next three years.

Mr Sanderson commented: “Our performance to date has been achieved through organic business growth, a recruitment marketing focus, community partnerships, investment in people and our unconventional approach to recruitment.

“I am delighted to announce the opening of our Manchester office and welcome Julie to the Management Team at Corecom Consulting.

“Our focus for the next three years is to continue to advance in the recruitment of technical specialists with broader skill sets in line with the rapid pace of change in digital and technology. We will continue our commitment to transforming society, the sector and enabling communities to keep abreast of the latest opportunities, tools and technologies.”

In tandem with Corecom Consulting’s expansion, the company’s workforce has also grown.

The business now employs 18 people, with the workforce in Manchester forecasted to increase by 50% by the end of the year.
