Tour Court in York, a retail, office and healthcare property, has been sold to Boultbee Brooks Real Estate for £6.13m.
The Trustees of the Chatsworth Settlement, represented by Savills, completed the sale of the property.
Tower Court is let to 10 tenants including Farmfoods, Regus, a dental practice and a medical centre.
On a site of 3.04-acres, the property generates an annual rental income of £444,881 and provides a weighted average unexpired lease term of nine years.
Located 3.5 miles north of York city centre and close to Clifton Moor Retail Park, the property is situated near occupiers including BMW, Dunelm and a Vue Cinema.
