Multiple-bay warehouse facility in Barnsley launches to market
GVA has been instructed to launch Bays 1-3 at Dearne Mills, a seven-bay warehouse facility situated in Barnsley, to market.
The property, which is located between Junctions 37 and 38 of the M1 at Darton, comprises three bays available as a whole or separately, ranging from approximately 62,000 sq ft to 193,000 sq ft.
Bays one, two and three are set to be vacated by current retail tenant The Range, whilst the other main occupier on the estate is Fultons Foods, which has its head office and main distribution facility on site.
Rob Oliver at GVA, said: “Having three adjacent bays means we can offer considerable flexibility. With each bay being from around 62,000 sq ft, occupiers can take a range of sizes up to 193,000 sq ft, and potentially have the opportunity for future growth.
“The bays benefit from an eaves height of 8.6m, and each have multiple dock level doors, so offer good quality distribution space. GVA is marketing the property by way of a new lease direct from the landlord.”
