Retail agents appointed on Shaftesbury’s Seven Dials
Investment firm Shaftesbury plc has appointed retail property agency Nash Bond on Seven Dials.
Nash Bond is now a joint agent for the shopping and leisure destination alongside JLL.
John Lyons, director at the firm, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to work on Seven Dials, one of London’s most original, authentic and attractive mixed use locations.
“The future for Seven Dials is extremely exciting with more high profile, instrumental retailers coming to the estate, ongoing huge investment in the surrounding streets, and the benefits of increased footfall that will be generated by the Crossrail interchange close by.”
Sam Bain-Mollison, head of retail at Shaftesbury, commented: “Seven Dials is a vibrant and exciting destination within the heart of London’s West End that stands out, not just as a location in the capital, but across Europe.
“Nash Bond joins a team that is proactive and forward thinking, working to maintain this strong position within the market and secure further international brands and independent boutiques for Seven Dials.”
The appointment follows an announcement in January that bar chain BrewDog is coming to Seven Dials with a three-level venue at 142 Shaftesbury Avenue.
In December, Shaftesbury expanded its foothold in the area by acquiring six buildings on Neal Street in a multi-million pound deal.
