This North East startup could revolutionise the online utilities market
North East-based CompareTheUtilityMarket.com has launched, and is set to be the first ever instant quote, comparison website in the UK, dedicated to business and commercial utilities.
The website aims to provide businesses with the best price possible in an entirely transparent way, ensuring full autonomy and control is afforded and delivered to every business, across both gas and electric.
Rob Collier, director of CompareTheUtilityMarket.com, said: “For a number of years you’ve been able to access a multitude of different websites to compare your domestic utilities, but the industry has been reluctant to offer this facility to the commercial sector.
“We felt it was about time businesses were afforded the same luxury. Businesses just need clarity, honesty and a good deal, which is why we launched CompareTheUtilityMarket.com.”
Increasing energy costs are said to be crippling businesses, with some already reportedly considering redundancies to offset the growing utility squeeze in a tough financial climate.
CompareTheUtilityMarket.com aims to offer a solution to this problem and is being welcomed by various businesses since its January launch.
CompareTheUtilityMarket.com has been set up by Rob Collier and John Wood from Advanced Retail Solutions Ltd, in partnership with commercial energy specialists Barry and Caroline Ersoz with over 20 years experience in the utilities sector.
In addition to gas and electric, the specialist account managers can also provide quotations for water, providing a complete utility service for any business.
