Litton Properties acquires subdivision of Newcastle's Brunswick Park warehouse
GVA has reported a supposedly good level of take up at Brunswick Park where Litton Properties have undertaken the subdivision of a large bonded warehouse to bring forward a range of industrial units.
Rosen Engineering has recently taken a lease of a further 9,675 sq ft unit in addition to the three units (13,597 sq ft) which they already occupy.
This leaves only two units available, namely unit three comprising 9,856 sq ft and unit six/seven which extends to 19,520 sq ft.
The units are contiguous and could be merged together for single occupancy, and available by way of new full repairing and insuring leases for a term of years to be agreed.
There is also a two-acre adjacent level site which could accommodate new build opportunities, expansion or open storage.
Danny Cramman, director of GVA, commented: “Brunswick Park offers flexible high bay refurbished industrial units with a clear eaves height of 8.5 metres on Brunswick Industrial Estate some five miles north of Newcastle city centre.
“The estate benefits from excellent access to the trunk road network and Newcastle International Airport.”
Sophie Waite, of Litton Properties, added: “We are delighted to be able to facilitate Rosen’s expansion within the industrial park which further demonstrates their commitment to the location.
“We are currently in discussions with a number of other potential occupiers and hope to be in a position to announce details of further lettings soon.”
