Integra People make the difference in Bangor office

National recruitment consultancy Integra People are leading the way in North Wales recruitment, and after welcoming four key new employees in January, they plan to further expand the workforce to increase sector growth.

2017 was an important year for the company, with a major rebrand and launch of its new recruitment website, and after a record breaking year and a strong period of investment, the company feel in a strong position to capitalise.

Integra People was established in 2008, and with its head office is in Warrington, it opened the office in Bangor in 2014 after the company pinpointed the region as being a key area for growth. The company have since recruited a number of dedicated Welsh and English speaking consultants to work in the office.

The newest addition to the Bangor office is Natalie O’Brien, who has been appointed to head the Healthcare division in North Wales. Ms O’Brien said that: “Healthcare professionals in Wales are in high demand. It is well recognised that the ability to speak Welsh is a real care need. I am very excited to spearhead the healthcare division here at Integra People.”

David Lewis, Managing Director at Integra People, said: “We are committed to meeting local client and candidates expectations, and delivering quality service and personnel, and are delighted to welcome new members of the team to our North Wales office.”

Now in their tenth year of business, the company is growing quickly but sustainably, and see the new employees as a valuable addition, providing local expertise in the industrial, construction and healthcare markets.
