IoD members called to tour of phone answering giant’s headquarters

Business leaders are being given the chance to visit the creative head office of one of Wales’ largest companies.

The Institute of Directors (IoD) North Wales event will enable guests to tour Moneypenny’s bespoke Wrexham base.

Moneypenny, which is a leading provider of telephone answering services, boasts an on-site pub, tree house, and modern, multi purpose spaces for employees to work in.

The building, which was designed to be the ‘happiest workplace in the UK’, was recognised as one of Britain’s best offices by the British Council for Offices in April 2017.

Moneypenny co-founder Ed Reeves will also address delegates on the business’ growth and plans for the future.

Ed is heavily involved in the company’s drive for innovation and its day to day running. He is currently tasked with expanding Moneypenny’s presence in the US.

The event, which also provides attendees with the opportunity to network, is on 21 March, from 4pm to 6:30pm.

Its operations currently handle more than 13 million calls a year for 13,000 businesses.
