Belmont Healthcare Group Expands
Belmont Healthcare Group secures the future of residential dementia care in East Sussex as it takes over Green Hill care home in Crowhurst as part of plans to expand its portfolio of specialist dementia care services.
Long established in private social care, Belmont Healthcare have renamed the care home to Edendale Lodge to reflect it joining the group of residential care home, community, and day services on offer.
Adam Hutchison, managing director of Belmont Healthcare says: “We are very pleased to acquire the care home from administration through Christie + Co and look forward bringing our wealth of experience to creating a new positive and secure homely environment for the current residents and our new arrivals.”
John Harrison, Director of Christie + Co added “We are delighted to have been able to continue to assist Belmont Healthcare Group with their second addition through us and wish them continued success with this latest acquisition”.
With great potential to thrive the care home is the ideal country retreat. Enjoying views across the countryside to the sea, Edendale Lodge is registered for residents who are no longer able to live independently due to dementia.
Benefitting from a high standard of decoration and facilities such as a cinema, activities centre, and bar area, attention has been given to providing a warm home-from-home environment that is as individual and stimulating as can be.
Edendale Lodge is a registered member of the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the principal regulatory body for the care industry. The Lodge welcomes male and female residents aged 55 years and over and places no restrictions on religious practices or pets. Belmont Healthcare offers multiple forms of long, short, respite or day care for those in need, specialising in Dementia, Parkinson’s and Specialist Elderly Support situated in delightful settings around the coastal areas of Kent and East Sussex.
