TSK strengthens consultancy team
TSK has appointed Sophie Foster to Associate Workplace Consultant in its workplace consultancy team following a number of high-profile project announcements.
Having joined the TSK team in 2016, Sophie’s new role strengthens TSK’s offering as its clients acknowledge employee and client experience in the workplace are intrinsic to organisational performance. Working alongside senior workplace consultants, Sophie’s qualifications and continued professional development in organisational psychology will enable her to bring insight to understanding workplace from a behavioural perspective. She will work with clients and their employees from an early stage to garner information about their current workplace environments and the opportunities for the organisation.
Sophie said: “2017 saw a shift in business across industries as companies became aware of how important it is to create an effective workplace that offers a supportive environment and enables employees to thrive.
She continued: “Going into a business and observing the interactions between people is fascinating and provides extremely valuable data. Using our findings, we can feed back to clients to drive change. This insight informs our design team so they’re able to create the most effective workplaces possible.”
Sophie will be also working with TSK’s business partners, Leesman, the largest independent assessor of workplace effectiveness, to enable clients to understand how their workplace is supporting the organisation’s employees.
Craig Murray, Consultancy and Design Director at TSK said: “Our success as a business and the work we deliver is down to talented team we have built at TSK. Sophie has been a valuable member of the team since she joined us, showing passion and real understanding for what we do. It’s brilliant to be able to provide career opportunities across teams to allow individuals to develop to their full potential.
“I’m looking forward to working alongside her and seeing her fresh perspective add a new dimension to our offering.” he added.
TSK’s established workplace consultancy offering is aligned to business outcomes, through the creation of evidence-based design, grounded in employee engagement and workplace performance. Integrating Leesman into the consultancy process, the business has recently seen client AJ Bell’s new office independently recognised as a high-performance workplace and ranked third in the UK.
