Keepmoat builds for growth with move to 8,300 sq ft office building in Leeds
Keepmoat Homes is set to expand after agreeing to move into Vico Court, which is located close to junction 1 of the M621.
The 8,300 sq ft office building will provide the national house builder with sufficient space to further expand its operation in the region.
Carter Towler has successfully let Vico Court, close to junction 1 of the M621 to Keepmoat Homes.
Since opening an office in Leeds in early 2016, Keepmoat Homes has seen its regional presence continue to grow. The house builder has sold close to 600 new homes in Yorkshire and now employs over 114 people.
Richard Fraser, director of Carter Towler which completed the letting of Vico Court, said: “It’s great to see the company doing so well and fulfilling its expansion plans.
“These are outstanding premises; they are in an excellent location for access to the transport network across the region and are also very well appointed.
“The landlord has taken a great deal of care in developing, fitting out and maintaining the property. We hope Keepmoat Homes continues to flourish here.”
