Old Morpeth offices transformed into new town centre apartments

A refurbishment project has brought to life a group of vacant offices, creating new and spacious apartments in Morpeth’s town centre.

North East property firm, Bradley Hall, and its building surveying team project, managed the refurbishment of the now contemporary apartments at Davidson House, based at 21-23 Bridge Street.

Ricki Hutchinson, building surveyor at Bradley Hall, said: “We are always delighted to work on projects which will continue to develop and improve this fantastic town.

The apartments are surrounded by a range of amenities and popular retailers including Costa Coffee, The Black Bull, Superdrug and Barclays Bank, is close to Sanderson Arcade, and is also within half a mile from Morpeth’s bus station and train station.
