Ravensworth set for Quorum
Ravensworth Printing Services – part of ZPG Zoopla Property Group - has taken a new 10-year lease on a part third floor suite at the Q5 building, Quorum, North Tyneside. The 6,600 sq ft office with a new 10 year lease and tenant only option to break at the end of the 5th year, has been agreed on specific confidential terms and includes 22 car parking spaces.
Chris Pearson, Gavin Black & Partners and sole agent acting for Preston Cherry LLP says: “This is a very good letting to a top-quality tenant on a new lease. Ravensworth has taken a very attractive suite partly fitted out with its own roof terrace.
“All in all this is a very good business location and exemplifies the popularity and strength of Quorum Business Park.
Mark Goddard, managing director, ZPG Property Services commented, “We’re delighted with the new offices and facilities and the team are looking forward to moving in soon.”
