Boutique Workplace Company signs deal on second Mayfair centre
The Boutique Workplace Company (TBWC) is opening a second flexible workspace site in Mayfair.
The serviced office provider signed a 10-year lease for six floors at 25 Green Street in the north of the district.
Once open, the 7,000 sq ft centre will be TBWC’s 28th workplace facility in the capital.
Amenities for users will include showers, kitchens, lounges, meeting rooms and event space.
Daniel Wheble, chief exec of The Boutique Workplace Company, said: “We are delighted to have acquired a second property in Mayfair.
“Offering boutique office space across just under 7,000 sq ft, with a creative and boutique finish to the interior design.”
He continued: “Mayfair continues to be one of the most in-demand and assured locations of interest in our market and we are pleased to announce this as our 28th London workplace”.
Property consultancy Bond Woodhouse advised TBWC on the deal.
The landlord was represented by Hanover Green.
