The app allows users to download workouts directly to their phones, where they can view content with without an internet connection.
Through the Boxx app, users can also stream workouts through their TVs via Chromecast or AirPlay.
Workouts are instructed by qualified trainers and designed to be quick, fun and effective.

“Now, with the introduction of our app, we really are taking the notion of working out ‘anytime, anywhere’ to the next level.”
She added: “We’re so excited to offer our users a completely enhanced user experience and give them even greater accessibility to our world class content. “
