Florentyna Dawn Wins Top National Accolade
Florentyna Dawn, the UK’s leading Fashion House for Special Occasion Wear, has been announced as the winner of the National award for customer service at the annual Wedding Awards.
The Hazel Grove-based company swept the boards at the Wedding Awards, which recognises the best wedding businesses every year in the industry, by scooping both the Northern England Regional and National award for customer service.
As voted for by the public, the team at Florentyna Dawn were recognised for constantly pushing the boundaries of fashion for real people, supplying a worldwide marketplace and providing the highest level of customer service.
Dawn Gail Priestnall, managing director of Florentyna Dawn, said: “When it was announced that we had won the Regional award it was amazing and we so pleased but to then win the National award was simply phenomenal.
“The awards recognise the hard work of all our team and the fantastic customer care given to all our customers. It proves that our simple ethos to ensure every customer feels ‘a million dollars’ for their special occasion is effective and has resulted in us winning these prestigious awards.”
Florentyna Dawn was launched in 1987, has nine members of staff and has dressed over 80,000 thousand people from all over the world in the last 30 years.
