Morpeth property group celebrates highest regional market share
North East property firm, Bradley Hall is celebrating further success as its Morpeth operation reaches a second year in business.
According to Rightmove statistics, the firm currently holds the highest market share in the area; with a margin of 27 per cent to its nearest competitor.
Operations at the office have continued to strengthen since its launch in 2016, with a team expansion and relocation completed in response for growing demand in the area.
Matt Hoy, director of estate agency at Bradley Hall, said: “Demand for our services in Morpeth and wider Northumberland has grown significantly since the office launched two years ago.
“To have achieved majority market share in the region in just 24 months feels like quite an achievement.
“This data further cements our presence as the leading agent in the area. We look forward to this rapidly expanding success, further continuing and building upon our positive reputation.”
The firm recently announced two new appointments at the office including Josie Streets MRICS, senior residential surveyor, and property executive, Laura Shepherd.
Matt added: “The recent appointments support our growth and our ability to continue to adapt to the changing market and client needs, while offering a first-class full-service approach.”
House buyers in the Morpeth area are also offered access to mortgage advice through the agency’s sister company, BH Mortgages.
