AN EGGS-CELLENT EASTER FOR HEBBURN PUPILS

Leading housebuilder Miller Homes has joined forces with pupils at Toner Avenue Primary School in Hebburn with the launch of an Easter Egg Decorating Eggs-travaganza.

Pupils at the primary school, which is located close to the housebuilder’s newly opened development Westburn Village, were set the task of creating an artistic egg display, showcasing their creativity and Easter spirit.

The competition was judged by Miller Homes, with the winner receiving an eggs-cellent prize, while the children’s creations have also been displayed at Westburn Village’s sales cabin for prospective buyers to view over the Easter holidays.

Andrew Somerville, associate sales director at Miller Homes, said: “At Miller Homes we are passionate about engaging with the communities surrounding our developments, so we’re thrilled to celebrate Easter with pupils at Toner Avenue Primary School following the launch of Westburn Village, our new development in Hebburn.

“The designs are fantastic and look wonderful in the development’s sales cabin, serving as the perfect welcome for house hunters visiting us over Easter.”

Michael Arthur, head teacher at Toner Avenue Primary School, added: “We are grateful to Miller Homes for inviting us to take part in its Easter competition, and the pupils really enjoyed their fun afternoon creating the egg displays.

“We are so pleased to have our children’s designs on display at Westburn Village and look forward to working with Miller Homes again in the future.”
