Quinta Group completes first Altrincham development

Cheshire-based property developer, Quinta Group, has completed and sold its first development in Altrincham town centre.

Situated at 39 Stamford New Road, Bradbury House comprises five residential units across 2,800 sq. ft. and one 1,050 sq. ft. ground-floor retail unit, including basement.

All residential units are fully sold to Lomond Capital, an investment fund operating in the private rented sector (PRS) market.

The building, which was named after Captain Edward Kinder Bradbury who was awarded the Victoria Cross in the First World War, has been sympathetically restored to retain its historical features.

Alexander Clarke, director of Quinta Group, commented: “Bradbury House is a striking Victorian building and, as our first project in Altrincham, we are delighted with the end result and subsequent demand from our new residential and commercial tenants. Altrincham has undergone a vibrant transformation in recent years; we are proud to be part of the wider regeneration of the town and look forward to breathing life into future developments in the area.”

Altrincham has recently been voted one of the best places to live in the UK* and Quinta Group’s decision to choose this as their first project has been rewarded with a fully sold building.

Sew Creative, a local business, is taking a 10-year lease on the retail unit. The commercial letting was handled by Altrincham-based property consultant, Regional Property Solutions.
