Manchester building firm signs £9.8m deal with Regenda Homes

Building firm Bardsley Construction has secured a multi-million pound contract with North West housing provider Regenda Homes.

The £9.8m deal will see Manchester-headquartered Bardsley serve as the main contractor for a supported living scheme in Fleetwood, Lancashire.

Regenda plans to reveal further details on the development in the coming months, including a name and artist’s impressions.

Bardsley Construction procurement director Ged Rooney said: “Our selection for this prestigious contract with Regenda Homes is further evidence of Bardsley being recognised for the delivery of such specialist care facilities throughout the North West of England and Yorkshire, and continues the long relationship we have with them in the successful delivery of similar projects.”

Gareth Wyatt, development project manager for Regenda Homes, commented: “We are delighted to appoint Bardsley as the main contractor for this project.

“Bardsley has a proven track record of delivering specialist care schemes and we look forward to working together.”

The deal follows Bardsley’s work on a multi-million pound retirement scheme in Southport for property company Adlington.
