Animated first quarter for Harvey & Hugo
A Darlington-headquartered PR agency is celebrating a period of rapid growth following a string of successful new client wins throughout the UK.
Harvey & Hugo Ltd has taken on five new team members to meet demand for its brand-building services of PR, social media and content marketing after winning new business in Milton Keynes, London and the North East.
Digital creative Matthew Hammond joins the team affectionately known as The Pack to bring its stories to life through animation, video and graphic design.
Business owner Charlotte Nichols, who set up the agency named after her two border terriers, nine years ago, said:
“In today’s fierce battle for attention we believe your story should not only be read but heard, shared, watched, clicked and most importantly felt. Matthew’s skills are therefore vital to the future of PR and we’re delighted to welcome him to The Pack.”
Ambitious brand building specialist, Lizzie Turner-Jones has been appointed as account manager following her significant experience in the food and drink and professional services sectors, two areas in which Harvey & Hugo specialises.
Lizzie is joined by two experienced PR and social media executives to strengthen the innovative agency’s core services. Sian Ellidge joins after a 15-year journalism career along with Katie Chapel who worked for almost 15 years at Dogs Trust in a varied role which included events assistance and supporter relations.
Rebecca Robertson completes the new appointments bringing the team to 11. The talented PR graduate has joined as business development executive and will be helping attract more clients to not just Harvey & Hugo but also to its newly-founded training school, Hugoversity.
Charlotte, who has recently taken on the role of PR and marketing director of regional charity, Wag & Company, as well as joining the Darlington Partnership board, added:
“I’m really proud of the new additions to The Pack, however I’m keen to keep growing and have ambitious plans for the future.”
Harvey & Hugo also specialises in the built environment and education sectors as well as food and drink and professional services. For more information about Harvey & Hugo and its services, please visit www.harveyandhugo.com.
