Tyneside Home Improvements celebrates top UK award for 6th successive year

Jarrow-based Tyneside Home Improvements is celebrating after retaining a top UK construction award for the sixth successive year.

The roofing and home extension specialists were named SupaLite’s ‘Top UK Installer for The Year’ for their tiled roof system, with the company holding onto the title they first claimed in 2012 against stiff competition from across the nation.

The SupaLite system offered by Tyneside Home Improvements is an innovation for conservatories. Designed to easily replace existing roofs, the tiled roof provides extra coolness in summer and traps more heat in during the colder winter months, while transforming the look of the conservatory design.

Speaking about retaining the title for a record sixth year, Tyneside Home Improvement’s Director, Kevin Kerr, said: “This award is a credit to the whole of our team. Each of our fitters is trained to the highest standard and our skilled team of consultants visit our customers to create designs to make their dream homes a reality with our free design and quotation service - customer service is at the heart of everything we do.

The majority of conservatory and SupaLite roofing projects are completed in under a week and are fitted all year around. In addition to their award-winning conservatory projects, Tyneside Home Improvements also offer garage conversions, windows, doors, driveways and home extensions.
