Approval secured for 28 new homes at Barrington Park in Alsager
Residential developer Jones Homes has received the go-ahead for a new phase of properties at its Barrington Park development, Alsager.
The Cheshire-headquartered company will build 28 homes on a 1.9-acre site bordering the first phase of the scheme.
The next raft will comprise a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses.
As part of the planning agreement, Jones Homes will make Section 106 contributions to benefit to the local community, with £125,950 going towards education, public green space, play space enhancement and wildlife habitat enhancement.
Gary Hardy, managing director at Jones Homes, said: “We’re delighted to have secured permission for a further phase of homes at Barrington Park.
“Offering a delightful semi-rural lifestyle in the charming village of Alsager, yet close to M6 for travelling and commuting, it is a great location and one of the many reasons why our previous phase has been in such high demand.”
He added: “Having built in Alsager previously, we are very much part of the local community and look forward to offering more quality new build homes to buyers from across the local area.”
