Cafe-bar operator sought for Eltham leisure development
Fleurets is seeking an operator for part of an upcoming leisure development in Eltham, South East London.
The leisure-focused property agency and advisory firm has been tasked with securing an occupier for a ground-floor unit suitable for a bar or café business.
Fleurets is offering the lease on behalf of the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
The wider development will include a six-screen Vue cinema, Nando’s, Pizza Express. It will also feature a ‘Sky Bar’ with floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace overlooking Eltham High Street.
Fleurets’ Simon Bland said: “This is a high profile development, being a key part of the council’s regeneration plans for Eltham’s town centre and will be a great leisure asset, boosting the local economy.
“The unit we are offering could suit a range of bar and café style operations and, having already received expressions of interest, we hope to find a suitable operator by the summer.”
The development, funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, is currently under construction. It is due to open Spring 2019.
